How referrals work

Built around your workflow

SENDFax the referral form to (206) 633-3639, upload it through the doctor login, or have your patient call us directly. Include imaging if you have it; we’ll take our own digital X-rays as needed.

TREATMany root canals are completed in a single visit using the surgical microscope, apex locators, and Biolase laser disinfection. We preserve the existing crown whenever possible.

RETURNYou receive a written report the same day, and your patient returns to you for the permanent restoration. Our doctors are available to discuss any case.
